2-14.5oz cans stewed tomatoes
1 T. of canned sliced green chiles
1 roma tomato, chopped
1/2-1 small lime, juiced
1/2 onion, finely diced
3 T. or more to taste fresh cilantro, chopped
1 t. minced garlic
1 t. salt

Directions:

1. Place the tomatoes, onion, garlic, lime juice, salt, green chiles, and cilantro in a blender or food processor. Blend on low to desired consistency.
