2 c Bread cubes
1 c Milk
8 slices bacon (precooked)
8 eggs
2 T butter
salt and pepper
1/2 t Lowrey's salt
1/2 lb grated cheddar or swiss
1/2 c bread crumbs
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread cubes in milk. Lightly scramble eggs in large skillet in the 2 T butter. Add the bread and milk mixture to the eggs. Stir in salt, pepper and seasoning. Put in a greased casserole dish. Top with crumbled bacon, cheese and buttered crumbs. Refrigerate overnight. Remove for 1 hour before baking. Bake for 15 minutes at 400
