1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. cooking sherry 1 T. lemon juice 1 clove garlic, chopped finely 1/4 c. olive oil
Cobine all ingredients; blend well. Pour over fish in a non-metal container and marinate for 1 hour. Remove fish from marinade. Grill according to recipe directions. Marinade may be used to baste fish during cooking.
