2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
4 ripe medium bananas, mashed (2 c.)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Mott's natural applesauce
2 egg whites
2 T vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and soda, and allspice. In medium bowl, whisk together bananas, sugar, applesauce, egg whites, oil, and vanilla. Stir applesauce mixture into flour mixture just until moistened. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake 60 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack before slicing. (if you put in two pans, bake 35-40 min.)
