1# Fresh Mushrooms
1Stick Margarine
3T Oil
Pkg of Egg Noodles
Gravy Packett
Flour (for thickening)

Directions:
Directions:
(While cooking beef and mushrooms, prepare the
noodles as directed on package)


Slice the mushrooms and sauté in butter/margarine
When mushrooms are lightly sauted, remove to separate bowl.

Cut beef into small bite size pieces and brown in oil.
When the beef is light pink, mix the mushroom and butter
in with the beef and add 2-4 tablespoons of flour (enough to absorb the oils). Continue to brown the flour. Add several cups of water to make a gravy. (May add beef gravy mix)

Serve with noodles.
