2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
1 lb. butter
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. oatmeal
5 c. flour
2 pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. walnuts

Preheat oven 400. Cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add rest of ingredients in order. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in top rack of oven. May not seem cooked but will cook more when out of oven.
