1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. raw grated carrots
1/2 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil, and vanilla. Then add carrots and nuts. Bake in 13"x9" pan at 350 for 35 minutes. When cool, frost with cream cheese frosting.
