1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped
3 bananas crushed (over-ripened work best)
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:

- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add beaten eggs, then flour and baking soda. Add bananas and walnuts.
- Place in greased pan, bake at 350º for approximately 55 minutes.
