1 box spice cake mix
1 can (1 lb. 5 oz.) apple pie filling
3 eggs
3 tbs. water
1/2 c. chopped nuts

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. margarine

Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl combine cake mix, pie filling, eggs and water. Mix well. Add nuts. Mix well. Blend at low speed until completely moistened - about 1 minute. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread batter in greased and floured 13x9x2 inch pan.

Topping: In another bowl combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and softened butter. Blend with fork or pastry blender. Sprinkle evenly over batter.

Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes, until cake center springs back when lightly touched.
