2ilbs of salt beef (cooked) oinky tail if preferred!
10 chicken thighs
Seasoning peppers
Garlic 6 cloves
1 inc of ginger
Large knob of butter
2 large onions Chopped your liking
2 pints of Chicken stock
1 tin of stewed tomatoes
1 hot pepper
2 bay leaves
3 packets of “vegetable soup it up”
3 sticks of celery
Enough carrots!
1 turnip diced
Whatever you like
1 packet of veg gumbo (form real value)
1 pkt of dinner rolls

Directions:
Season Chicken and let stand for at least 30 mins

Chop seasoning peppers, garlic, and ginger
Put a large piece of butter in pot
Cook peppers, garlic, ginger, and onions for a couple of mins
Add drained chicken and brown (approx 5 mins)
Add chicken stock, stewed tomatoes, salt beef, I hot pepper, 2 bay leaves, 3 packets of soup mix, 12 cups of water
Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for a good 15 mins
Add celery, carrots, turnip, and whatever!
Let simmer for about 20 mins
Add 1 packet of vegetable gumbo, and let simmer

To garnish

Freshly grated parmesan
