1 pkg. chopped dates
1 can condensed milk
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)

Icing:
2 c. confectioner's sugar
1/2 stick butter softened
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place milk and dates in pan and bring to boil, remove from heat and stir in nuts. Spread on Ritz crackers and bake at 350 for 8 minutes.

Icing:
Cream together ingredients and spread on top of crackers when cooled.
