1 lb. veal, cubed
1 lb. pork, cubed
1 lb. beef, cubed
1/2 bottle soy sauce
2 tsp. molasses
1 bunch celery, chopped
3 large onions
1 can bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts
1 can bamboo shoots

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in large pot. Cover with water and cook on low heat for about 1-1/2 hours. Add the chopped celery to the meat; cook for 10 minutes more. Add chopped onions; cook for another 15 minutes. Add soy sauce, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, and bamboo shoots. Cook another 10 minutes. Thicken with either cornstarch and water or flour and water. Serve over rice.
