Two-Tomato Relish (below)
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 T. chopped frsh or 1/2 t. dried oregano leaves
6 fresh sweet italian sausages or turkey italian sausages (about 1 1/4 lbs)
6 bratwurst buns, split

Two-Tomato Relish:
2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped (1 1/2 cups)
2 medium yellow pear tomatoes, finely chopped
(1 1/2 cups)
1 T. red wine vinegar
1 t. chopped fresh or 1/4 t. dried oregano leaves

1. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.

2. Make Two-Tomato Relish.

How to make Two Tomato Relsih:
Mix all ingredients. Cover & refrigerate until serving.

3. Mix mustard & oregano; set aside

4. Cover & grill sausages 4-5" from medium heat 10 min., turning occasionally. Continue grilling 8-10 min. longer, turning & brushing occasionally with musstard mixture, until no longer pink in center.
Disgard any remaining mustard mixture.

5. Serve sausage on buns with relish.

If yellow pear tomatoes aren't available, substitute regular tomatoes or tomatillos.
If you like spicy food, use hot italian sausages.
