Ingredients: Two-Tomato Relish (below) 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 2 T. chopped frsh or 1/2 t. dried oregano leaves 6 fresh sweet italian sausages or turkey italian sausages (about 1 1/4 lbs) 6 bratwurst buns, split
Two-Tomato Relish: 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped (1 1/2 cups) 2 medium yellow pear tomatoes, finely chopped (1 1/2 cups) 1 T. red wine vinegar 1 t. chopped fresh or 1/4 t. dried oregano leaves

Directions:1. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.
2. Make Two-Tomato Relish. How to make Two Tomato Relsih: Mix all ingredients. Cover & refrigerate until serving.
3. Mix mustard & oregano; set aside
4. Cover & grill sausages 4-5" from medium heat 10 min., turning occasionally. Continue grilling 8-10 min. longer, turning & brushing occasionally with musstard mixture, until no longer pink in center. Disgard any remaining mustard mixture.
5. Serve sausage on buns with relish. |

Notes: If yellow pear tomatoes aren't available, substitute regular tomatoes or tomatillos. If you like spicy food, use hot italian sausages. Serve with Seven-Layer Slaw (recipe soon to follow), your favorite snacking ships & warm gooey s'mores for dessert.
