Corn Salsa (below)
4 pork boneless loin chops, about 1/2 inch thick (about 1 lb)
1 T. olive or vegetable oil
2 T. Old El Paso taco seasoning mix (from 1.25-oz envelope)

Corn Salsa:
1/2 cup corn relish (from 13-oz jar in either the veg or pickle isle)
2 medium green onions, chopped (2 T)
2 T chopped frsh cilantro
2 t. Old El Paso taco seasoning mix (from 1.25-oz envelope)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat coal or gas grill for direct heat.

2. Make Corn Salsa. Just mix all ingredients. Set aside.

3. Remove excess fat from pork.
Mix oil & taco seasoning mix; brush on pork.

4. Cover & grill pork 4-6" from medium heat 10-12 minutes, turning frequently, until slightly pink in center.

5. Serve with Corn Salsa.

Serve with fresh tomatoes & buttered new potatoes would be great sides with these spicy pork chops. Top off the meal with ice cream sundaes.
