Graham craker pie crust
1 can (20oz) apple pie filling
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 squeeze bottle (20oz) caramel sundae syrup
2 Tbsp pecans- optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 place pie crust on baking sheet and pour 1/2 can of apple pie filling in crust spread evenly. Set aside.
With Mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time. Pour filling over apple layer. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool.
Garnish with remaining apple filling, caramel sundae syrup and pecans.
