2 cans yellow or white hominy, drained
8 oz. sour cream
11/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated (divided in half)
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can chopped sweet red peppers
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Set aside half of cheese.
Mix remaining cheese with the remainder of ingredients.
Spread mixture into a 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
