6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 cans chicken broth (fat free)
1 sm can evaporated milk (fat free)
1 cup flour
Tony's seasoning
1 - 2 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and seasoning together, Use 3 Tb. of flour mixture and mix with milk. Pound chicken breast to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness. Dip each breast in eggs then roll in flour mixture. Brown chicken in pan sprayed with Pam. Pour broth over chicken and stir in flour/milk mixture to thicken. Cook over med/low heat for 15 min or until done.
