2 cup warm milk
2 tsp. salt
1 yeast cake & 1 tsp. sugar softened in 1/2 cup
warm water
1/2 cup shortening
2 eggs, well beater
1/2 cup sugar
7 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Pour warm milk over shortening, sugar and salt. Add eggs then dissolved yeast. Add half flour and beat til smooth. Add one cup flour at a time and beat well after. Then knead lightly 10 minutes. Put in greased bowl and let double in bulk. Knead down and divide in 3 loaves. Roll out one at a time and spread with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Make into loaves and let raise 30 minutes. Bake 325º for 45-50 minutes.
