2 pkg yeast
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup scalded milk
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
4-4 1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Soften active dry yeast in warm water. Combine milk, shortening, 1/2 cup sugar and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Add 1 cup flour. Beat well. Add yeast and eggs. Beat. Mix in flour and make soft dough. Knead. Place in greased bowl. Cover - raise 2 hours. Punch, Cover, Rest 10 minutes. Shape into 28 balls, golf ball size. Roll each in melted butter then in mix of sugar and cinnamon. Arrange in well greasted 9" tube pan. Sprinkle with remaining sugar. Let rise in warm place till double. Bake in moderate over 350 35-40 minutes. Cool in pan 15-20 minutes. Invert on rack, remove from pan and glaze.
