2 c. fine soft bread crumbs
2/3 c. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 lbs. ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Place bread crumbs, onions, salt, pepper and milk in a large bowl. Combine thoroughly using a rubber spatula. Add the eggs and combine through. Break about 1/4 of the ground meat into small pieces and scatter the pieces over the bread crumb mixture. Keep doing this until all the meat is mixed with bread crumb mixture. (use hands) Bake in loaf pan uncovered 1 hour and 20 minutes or 1 1/2 hours. Let stand 10 min. before slicing.
