1 cup butter or margarine
1 3/4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 2/3 cups peanut butter chips
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, stir in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs; beat well. Add cocoa; beat until well blended. Add flour, baking powder, and salt; beat well. Stir in 1 1/3 cups peanut butter chips. Divide batter evenly into muffins cups; sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup peanut butter chips. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until surface is firm. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Makes approximately 24.
