1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion (chop)
1 clove garlic
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chopped green chiles
1 can enchilada sauce
2 c. tortilla chips (broken)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. cilantro
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, onion and garlic. Drain off any grease. Stir in soup, chiles, sauce and chips. Reduce heat to medium, cook and stir 3-4 min. or till bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese, cover and cook till cheese melts.
