Ingredients:  
1/2 c. White rice.
1 c. Water.
Pinch Salt.
1/2 Stick unsalted butter.
1 qt. Whole milk.
2 Eggs, beaten.
1/2 c. Sugar.
1 tsp. Vanilla extract.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice, water and salt on low heat for 7 minutes.

Add butter, let it melt.

Add milk and cook for 1 1/2 hours.

Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla in separate bowl.

Add some of hot rice to egg mixture (just to make egg mixture warm without coagulating egg).

Mix rice mixture with egg mixture.

Serve Warm or Chilled.
