12 oz. chicken breasts (cut into strips)
1 envelope Parmesan Italian dressing mix
1 c. sliced mushrooms
4 sub rolls
1/2 c. sliced onions
4 slices Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a bowl and sprinkle with dressing mix. In a skillet, sauté mushrooms & onions. Add chicken; sauté until juices run clear. Spoon mixture onto roll bottoms and top with cheese. Broil 4 minutes or until cheese melts; replace top half of roll.

I have tried it both ways and I prefer to broil the tops of the subs too. Just place them beside the bottoms and broil according to directions.
