1 can chicken (13 oz)
1 8 ounce sour cream
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
2 10 pack canned biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix chicken, sour cream and 1 cup cheese. Set aside. Open biscuits and roll each biscuit out flat. Spoon approximately one tablespoon chicken mixture into each biscuit. Fold over and pinch dough to make half moon shapes. Bake in 13 x 9 inch pan until brown. Mix soup and milk together and pour over puffs. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake until cheese is melted.

I love this dish and it is so easy to make. I add
mushrooms sometimes and that is good too.
Instead of chicken you can add crawfish tails
and that is a good alternative as well.
This dish taste a lot like the Crescent Chicken recipe.
