1 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. crisp rice cereal
2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
In large sauce pan, combine the sugar, corn syrup and peanut butter. Cook over medium-low heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; add cereal and stir until coated. Spread into a greased 9x13" pan; press lightly. Spread melted chocolate over bars, chill.
