1 Duncan Hines deluxe butter recipe cake mix
1 small package vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1.2 teaspoon almond extract
1 jar poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and beat 7-9 minutes. Fold in one jar of poppy seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.

I got this recipe from Vickie Norman. She said that it was a recipe that she got from Bumba. It was a favorite at the Norman family reunions. You can use lemon pudding instead of vanilla and it is good too. If you use lemon pudding then use lemon extract instead of almond.
