3 cups plain flour
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup cooking oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
1 8 ounce can crushed pineapple
2 cups mashed banana
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoons baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Make well in the center and add eggs, pineapple, nuts, oil, vanilla and mashed banana. Stir, do not beat. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake 350 for about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

This is a quick and easy cake to bake. I like this cake because you mix everything in one bowl. It is a good cake to serve when you have company. Taste great at breakfast with a good cup of coffee.
