2 1/2 cups finely chopped red bell pepper
1 1/2 cups finely chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped jalapeno peppers
1/2 cup finely chopped habanero peppers
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 package pectin (Sure Jell)
5 cups white sugard

Directions:

Place peppers in a large sauce pan over high heat. Mix in vinegar and fruit pectin and stir constantly and bring mixture to a full rolling boil. Quickly stir in sugar and return to a full rolling boil and boil exactly 1 minute. Remove from heat and skim off foam. Ladle into prepared jars quickly..

This jelly is a great gift item. I love this jelly poured over cream cheese and served with crackers. It is also good melted and poured over pork tenderloin or grilled chicken.
