Combine in a large bowl:
Sauce:
6 cups cheerios
3/4 cup melted butter
1 cup raisins
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1- 1 1/2 cups M&M's
3/4 cup white corn syrup
1 cup peanuts
3/4 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cook butter, brown sugar and corn syrup in saucepan on medium heat until mixture bubbles around the edges (2 minutes). Remove from heat and add the baking soda--mix well. Mix sauce into dry ingredients .Place on cookie sheet and bake at 250° for 10-15 minutes.
