2/3 cup heavy cream, chilled
2 cups fresh raspberries
6 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 cup blueberries
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 tablespoons grated chocolate
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream to light peaks then add sugar and extract. Gently fold in sour cream. Layer berries and cream in goblets. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. This recipe takes 10 minutes to prepare. It can be made up several hours ahead of time, even the night before. I have also used strawberries and mandarin oranges. This recipe makes about 4 servings.
