Bottom layer:
Third layer:
1 cup flour
3 cups milk
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Second layer:
2 large packages instant chocolate
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
pudding
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fourth layer:
1 cup powdered sugar
Other 1/2 cool whip
1/2 8-ounce package cool whip
3/4 cup toasted coconut (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Bottom layer: Mix and press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 325º for about 20 minutes. Cool.
Second layer: Whip together and spread over bottom layer.
Third layer: Mix together until thick and spread over second layer.
Fourth layer: Spread cool whip and top with toasted coconut.
