1 pkg (4-5) pork chops
1 can beef broth
1 large onions
1 cup rice

Directions:
Directions:
Spray pan with Pam or lightly oil. Brown prk shops on either side. Remove from pan. Put uncooked rice in bottom of casserole dish. On top of rice, layer onion cut as for a hamburger. Add porkshops on top of onion. Cover with can of beef broth and can of water. Cook at 350º until chop are tender and rice has absorbed all the liquid. (about 30-35 minutes)
