3 cups mashed potatos
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour in casserole dish. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes or until set.
Cover with minature marshmallows and place back in oven until brown (about 5 minutes)
