cut up chicken
flour
salt and pepper
crisoco oil

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken and remove excess fat
salt and pepper
dredge pieces in flour
put in bowl
put extra flour on top of in chicken in bowl
put in frig over night
In large pan add 2 inches oil
Brown chicken both sides 10-15 mins
Turn heat down add little water and cover to steam
cook for 5-10 minutes
