1 large turkey
onion
celery
cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Wash turkey and pull enclosed items from the cavity and neck of the turkey. Use these for giblet gravy. Grease turkey down with oil or margarine. Place sliced onion and celery in cavity of turkey. Cook as directed on turkey.
