Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 large (18-24 lb) whole ham
brown sugar
marichino cherries
prepared mustard
sliced pineapple
whole cloves (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pull hard covering off ham. Cook with fat side up so the fat will help marinate the ham while cooking. Cook on 250º over night in covered cooker. In the morning strip the remaining fat off the ham. Pour off fat drippings. Mix brown sugar, preapred mustard, and pineapple juice making a thick paste. Cover the ham with this mixture. Add slices off pineapple to top of ham securing with toothpicks. Add cherries to center of pineapple. Place back in oven with temp of 350º for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and place on cutting board or platter.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My grandmother, Maidee Magee, made this every Easter and Christmas. She cooked her ham in a brown paper sack. I have added the prepared mustard to the ham glaze. She also added whole cloves over the top of the ham with the pineapple and cherries prior to the last cooking.
