2 cup hot mashed potatoes
1 T. salt
2 Cup milk
2 T. sugar
4 T. melted butter
1 T. yeast
2 beaten eggs
8-10 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Melt together milk, salt, sugar and butter. Add hot mashed potatoes. Set til cool. Add beaten eggs. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add. Stir in flour. Knead lightly. Rise, Knead, Roll out like cookie dough. Cut in squares, fry in hot grease.
