Ingredients:  
Combine and let stand a few minutes:
3/4 cup warm water
1 pkg. yeast
2 T. Sugar


Add:
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup melted butter or oil
1 beaten egg
2 1/4 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix half of flour in til smooth and then add the rest. When rises, beat down and put in muffin tins not more than half full. Let rise again. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
