3 1/3 cup flour
3 cup sugar
2 cup canned pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup oil
2/3 cup water
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Sift all dry ingredients into mixing bowl and make a well. Mix in oil, water eggs, and pumpkin. Mix til smooth. Bake 350º for 1 hour.

Good with cream cheese frosting. Nuts are optional. Do not overbake. Can make 3-4 smaller loaves.
