1 large box orange Jello,
1 c. mixed fruit juice,
1 large can chopped apricots,
1 large can crushed pineapple,
3/4 c. mini-marshmallows,
1/2 c. sugar,
1 egg slightly beaten,
3 tsp. flour,
1 c. juice, drained from fruits,
2 T. butter,
1 c. whipped cream,
coconut,
chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in 2 c. boiling water and add the mixed fruit juice. When partially set, add the apricots and pineapple (drained) and the marshmallows. Spread in bottom of cake pan and let get real firm.

For topping: Combine, sugar, egg, flour and juice and cook in double boiler until real thick. Add the butter and cool. Fold in whipped cream and spread over jello mixture. Sprinkle with coconut and chopped nuts.
