3 cups flour
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 drops vanilla
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients together. Add milk, eggs and vanilla. Stir well. Add melted butter.

For best results pan should be hot. Pour about a 4 inch circle of batter into a large frying pan. Quickly roll the pan around to spread the batter thin. Turn when golden brown. It should be about the size of a dinner plate.

To eat, spread with butter, jam or syrup and roll up like a jelly roll.
