3 tablespoons cold water
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cold water and salt with the 2 beaten eggs, add 1 cup of the flour. Roll out to desired thickness while adding 1/2 cup flour using a rolling pin. Cut in strips using a pizza cutter and put in boiling soup. These are also good as lasagna noodles.
