1/2 cup butter
1 cup karo syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Bring brown sugar, karo syrup and butter to a boil. Add sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until soft ball stage. Pour over 12 quarts (3-4 batches) of popcorn.
