2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
1 pound beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
1 cup sliced onion ( or 3 T. dried onion)
1 teaspoon minced garlic (or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder)
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoons Kitchen bouquet

6 ounces egg noodles, cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat to a smoking point. Add meat and brown lightly for a minute. Add onion and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add water and mushroom soup. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add kitchen bouquet.
Mix into sauce. Bring to a boil. Add sour cream.
Heat to boiling point. Serve over hot cooked egg noodles.
