3 chicken breasts, skinless (may use thigh meat)
4-5 medium white potatoes, peeled & cubed
2 tsp. chicken base
1/4 c. onion, diced
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
Chilies, diced (mild or hot)
12 flour tortillas
3-4 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded

In a 6-quart pot, cook chicken in 2-1/2 quarts of water. Add chicken base, garlic salt, pepper, and onion. Cook chicken until it is done. Pull it apart from the bones and set aside. Cook potatoes in chicken base water until potatoes are tender. Drain water and put chicken back into pot and mix. Season to taste with diced chilies. Roll into burritos with cheese. Heat in oven at 350º or in microwave. Serve with green chili or salsa.
