1/2 c oil
1 medium garlic
5 lb beef stew meat (cut into 1 inch chunks)
4 medium onions, sliced
3 6 oz cans tomato paste
2 1/2 c water
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 bay leaf
2 (8oz) pkg bow tie macaroni
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp lemon peel, grated
1/2 tsp caraway seed.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onions and garlic in hot oil. Stir in tomato paste, water, paprika, salt, pepper, bay leaf and caraway seeds; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low cover; simmer 2 hours stirring often. Prepare pasta according to package direction. Drain and toss gently with butter.

I served this for a Pauk Easter Week End and Roger said it tasted like Chef Boy-R-De. I still haven't forgiven him. It is really good.
