2/3 c. shortening
2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. rolled oats
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Add vanilla and peanut butter; mix. Add sifted dry ingredients, rolled oats and chocolate chips; mix well. Spread in greased 10-1/2x15-1/2" pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
