4 slices buttered bread, toasted
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar, divided
1-1/2 c. eggnog
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Cut toast into cubes, place in a greased 2 qt. baking dish. Combine eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, eggnog, and water in a 4-cup bowl. Microwave on high 1 minute. Pour over bread cubes. Sprinkle with remaining sugar and cinnamon. Microwave on high 2 minutes. Stir thoroughly. Microwave on high for 6 minutes. Let stand on counter to cool.
