Cake:
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. grated carrots

Frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. soft butter
3/4 c. confectioner's sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together first 5 ingredients several times. Add eggs, oil, & carrots. Pour in 13x10" pan. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.

Blend frosting ingredients & frost cake when cool.
